The cottage sleeps from 4 - 6 people.

Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which opens onto the stairs.

This bedroom contains double and single beds, plus a futon for occasional use, while the adjoining room contains a double bed. While both are supplied with adequate pillows and duvets, sheets are the responsibility of the tenants.

Downstairs there is an optional third bedroom with bed settee which adjoins a comfortably furnished lounge complete with colour T.V, video and stone fireplace housing a woodburning stove.  

The lounge has a French window leading onto a terrace with garden furniture, this in turn leads onto the long country garden with adjacent stream.

The dining room and kitchen area are one, the dining table is  leaved and comfortably seats six.

The fully equipped kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and an automatic washing machine. Also provided is a small tumble drier.

The bathroom is situated downstairs and as well as usual facilities there is a power shower.

Electricity is via a £1 slot meter not including heat from 3 storage heaters, the cost of which is included in the rent. There is additional heat in the bedrooms from 2 wall mounted electric convector heaters.
