The cottage was built in 1911 For the Minoprio family of Liverpool (shipping magnets) as part of holiday Haulfryn residence estate, Arts and craft style.

The accommodation comprises of:

- Lounge with open fire & TV (Sky TV Included)
- Dining room, kitchen, shower & WC
- 2 bedrooms, main with king size bed, 2nd with bunk beds and 1 single
- Travel cot, High chair, Bath, Electric Storage Heaters
- Second reception
- Shower and WC on the ground floor
- Bath and WC upstairs
- Washing machine, microwave, dishwasher
- Front patio area, Gardens to rear enclosed )
- Aga woodburner

- 20 % deposit on booking the cottage. (Non refundable)
- Final balance 8 weeks before commencements of the holiday.
- £100.00 Security deposit for breakages, etc (returned within two weeks)
- Visitors are requested to bring their own bed linen and bottom sheet, duvets covers, pillow cases, towel and tea towel.
- Duvets and pillows are provided.
- Pets by arrangement.

The cottage is available from 2.30pm on the of arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am.
