- Bath and WC upstairs
- Washing machine, microwave
- Front Patio area, Garden to rear

- 10 % deposit on booking the cottage. (Non refundable)
- £50.00 Security deposit for breakages, etc (returned within two weeks)
- Visitors are requested to bring their own bed linen, duvets covers, pillow cases, towel and tea towel.
- Duvets and pillows are provided.

The cottage is available from 2.30pm on the of arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am.

Midweek breaks and weekend break from £40.00 per night, min 3 nights.

Enter Abersoch and continue through the High Street and immediately before the chemist turn left off the main road. The Cottage is the first property behind the Sandpiper Restaurant.
