Webcams and Menu:

- If you have installed Windows SP2 and also use Norton products and you cannot see the expanding menu on the left hand side - please contact us for instructions on how to rectify this.

- The webcam video clips need Java Virtual Machine to be installed on your PC. Most versions of windows have this installed already however, some versions of Windows XP do not. If you need instructions on how to rectify this - please contact us and we will send you instructions.

Plug-Ins:

There are 2 plug-ins that you will need to view certain parts of this site:-

i) Macromedia Flash Player
ii)Real Player

Both are free downloads and are available from www.macromedia.com and www.real.com respectively.
