KJ Fitness brings Bootcamp on the beach 2014.

Adding to Personal training and our fitness classes a lot of our clients have been looking to train more and more outdoors, so we thought where better than on the beach. Offering an excellent environment to workout, with the challenging aspect of working out on sand an ever changing challenging surface. A fun and exciting way to exercise outdoors.

You will be trained by a REP’s registered (Register of Exercise Professionals)  fully qualified to level 3 Personal trainer, ensuring you get the most out of your work out. The Bootcamps are open to all levels of fitness as adaptations to make exercises more or less challenging will be available. You will get out of it what you put in.
Each session will give you a fully body workout and set you up for the day ahead.

Sessions are from April to September, Wednesday’s and Saturday’s 8.30am – 9.30am

If outdoor training is not for you, our indoor evening classes will be running throughout the summer also.
