This property is situated on Mynydd Cilan, and is bordered by National Trust land, and Porth Ceiriad S.S.S.I. (Site of Special Scientific Interest), which includes some of our land. This S.S.S.I. listing comments…….. "This coastal site is designated for its botanical, ornithological, and geological interest". The cottage is part of a small-holding, which includes fields which can be used for the storage of boats, additional camping, caravans etc., by prior arrangement. Boats etc. can also be stored over the winter, or for a full twelve month period. Views are to the west, across Hell's Mouth, Mynydd Rhiw, and Bardsey Island; and to the north, to Mynytho, and Llanbedrog, and are truly outstanding. This is a 'working' small holding, and the surrounding 'common land' is grazed, so children will see the country 'at work'.
