Fully complete Booking Form and forward to us with:
£50 per week deposit to secure reservation. This is non refundable.
£100 per week Security Deposit. This amount to be refunded three weeks
after your departure subject to the property being left as found. Any breakages,
damages or excessive cleaning required at the property will be notified to you
and the cost deducted accordingly. This is our policy and can not be waived.
THE SUCURITY DEPOSIT IS IN ADDITION TO THE ADVERTISED RENTAL. Write your name
and address on the back of cheque. Cheques to be made payable to Peter Leigh.
Four weeks before you are due to commence your holiday send the full balance of the rent. No reminder will be sent.
