1. Power driven vessels launching on the coast of Gwynedd should provide evidence of third party insurance to a minimum of £1,000,000.

2. The 4 Knots speed limit extends to all areas within all harbours, and within 100 metres of the coastline.

3. Power driver vessels are prohibited from entering any beach safety zone unless using a designated launch area at the specified speed limit.

4. Water skiing without an independent observer will not be permitted.

5. Towing "Doughnut" or "Banana" inflatables is not permitted within harbour areas, craft exclusion zones, or within 100 metres of the coastline.

6. Launching Fees will be payable at all launching areas.

7. International Regulations for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea must be strictly adhere to at all times, please ask at the Harbour Office if you are unsure of these regulations.

8. Vehicles are brought onto the launching areas at the owners risk and the requirements and directions of Gwynedd Council officers must be adhered to at all times.

9. A wakeless speed is required within 50 metres of another boat, personal watercraft, dock, pier, swimmer, skier, angler or fishing equipment.

10. Gwynedd Council speed limits must be complied within designated areas.

11. Where there is no specified speed limit the maximum speed is 4 m.p.h within 100 metres of the coastline (from the low water mark).

12. Boating under the influence of drink or drugs shall not be allowed.

13. Navigation of power driven vessels in a responsible manner will be encuraged.

14. Navigators of powercraft shall not disturb wildlife, especially Dolphins and Porpoises. Please note that it is a criminal offence to disturb wildlife within the Special Area of Conservation

15. Owner / users launching permit will be withdrawn with immediate effect if the navigator of the craft fails to comply with the above conditions.

Special conditions apply at each location and may change each season. Advice from the Harbourmaster must be sought before launching.

Rheolau Cyffredinol Cychod Pwer yn Mhorthladdoedd ac ar Arfordir Gwynedd

1. Mae'n ofynnol bod cychod pw^er sy'n lansio o arfordir Gwynedd yn darparu tystiolaeth o yswiriant trydydd parti gyda isafswm o £1,000,000.

2. Mae cyfyngiad cyflymder o 4 milltir fôr ym mhob ardal o fewn unrhyw Harbwr, ac oddi fewn 100 medr o'r arfordir.

3. Gwaherddir cychod a weithredir gan bw^er rhag mynd ar unrhyw barth diogelwch traeth oni bai y defnyddir ardal lansio benodol ar gyflymder cyfyngedig.

4. Ni chaniateir sgio-dwr heb wyliwr annibynnol.

5. Ni chaniateir llusgo cychod gwynt mathau 'Doughnut' na 'Banana' yn ardal yr Harbwr, neu oddi fewn 100 medr o'r arfordir.

6. Rhaid talu ffioedd lansio ar pob mynediad lansio cychod.

7. Mae'n rhaid glynu yn gaeth bob amser i'r Rheolau Rhyngwladol i Atal Gwrthdrawiad ar y Môr. Os nad ydych yn sicr o'r Rheolau hyn dylech holi yn Swyddfa'r Harbwr.

8. Daw perchnogion a cherbydau i'r mannau lansio ar eu cyfrifoldebau eu hunain ac mae'n rhaid glynu at gyfarwyddiadau Swyddogion y Cyngor.

9. Cyflymdra di-drochion o fewn 50 metr o feic dwr, gwch, doc, pier, nofiwr
sgïwr,pysgotwr, neu offer pysgota.

10. Rhaid cydymffurfio â chyfyngiadau cyflymdra Cyngor Gwynedd mewn
ardaloedd dynodedig.

11. Lle nad oes cyfyngiad cyflymdra penodedig yr uchafswm yw 4 M.Y.A. o fewn 100 medr i'r draethlin (o fan isaf y llanw).

12. Ni chaniateir defnyddio cwch pwer dan ddylanwad diod, neu gyffuriau.

13. Anogir defnyddio cychod dwr mewn ffordd gyfrifol.

14. Ni chaniateir i lywiwr cychod pw^er aflonyddu bywyd gwyllt yn enwedig Dolffin a llamhidydd. Mae yn drosedd aflonyddu bywyd gwyllt oddi fewn yr Ardal Cadwraeth Arbennig Morol.

15. Diddymir cofrestriad perchennog/defnyddiwr ar unwaith pe bydd y mordwywr yn methu â chydymffurfio â'r amodau uchod.

Mae'r amodau arbennig yn gymwys ym mhob lleoliad ac mae'n bosibl eu bod yn
newid bob tymor. Dylid gofyn am gyngor yr Harbwr feistr cyn lansio.
