Forecast will return in February

17/01/2010: 9.25am: Produced By West Coast Surf Shop

Summary: Pleasant Today.

Today: After a reasonably chilly night, its a bright and pleasant start to the day in Abersoch. We should see some decent sunny spells this morning and into the afternoon with a tendency perhaps for increasing cloud later. All in all, not too bad! Perhaps some showers this evening.

Tonight: Cloudy with perhaps some breaks in the cover from time to time.

Monday: A quiet and cloudy day with perhaps some sunny intervals. Light winds so feeling quite pleasant.

Tuesday: Fresh to strong S or SE wind - so feeling much colder on Tuesday. Probably dry in the morning with rain later in the day.

Wednesday: Some uncertainty, potentially chilly and less windy with rain for the morning.

Further Outlook: The latest Met Office extended outlook is shown below.

"UK Outlook for Thursday 21 Jan 2010 to Saturday 30 Jan 2010:
Patchy rain or sleet across central and eastern parts on Thursday (21st) gradually clearing east. Then drier for a time before a band of widespread and locally heavy rain is expected to move into western parts later, spreading across the whole of the UK by Friday. Rain is likely to turn to snow, especially across northern hills with significant accumulations possible. Also windy with a risk of gales in the north and west. From next weekend (23rd/24th) onwards the weather looks likely to remain generally unsettled with sleet and snow at times over northern hills. Most areas will see temperatures around normal although it may remain rather cold at times in the northeast. The best of any drier weather looks likely to be across southern parts of the UK.
Updated: 1208 on Sat 16 Jan 2010."
