Consists of a Lounge with comfortable seating for four persons, colour television, stereo radio, video recorder, DVD, electric fire, storage radiator. Dining Room seating for four persons, storage radiator, well equipped Kitchen with electric cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, automatic washing machine, iron, storage radiator. Toilet with wash hand basin.

First Floor:
One Double Bedroom with storage radiator, one Twin Bedroom with storage radiator, Bathroom with bath, electric shower and toilet. Water heated by immersion heater.

There is ample parking for 2 cars. Garden table and chairs.

Electricity and bed linen (blankets and duvets) included.

Y Bwthyn is situated at Pen y Bryn Goleu - along a short track, on the B4413 about 250 yards north of Llanbedrog village. If you have travelled up through the village, it is the next left after "The Ship Inn". Set in beautiful countryside with excellent walks and sandy beaches nearby. Local shop is 1/2 mile, pub 300 yards, Abersoch 3 miles, Pwllheli 5 miles.
